As the place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and keep sound volume down after 9pm. Late party is strictly NOT allowed. Thanks for your understanding. Having said that, windows are double-glazing. Normal noise level is fine as long as windows and doors are kept closed.

Set GPS and navigate to

You can park your car in front of the main entrance to pick up the keys.


Find mailbox 65 and open it using the passcode sent via the booking app.

Gate for Level B1.

Swipe the key tag to enter Level B1.

Turn right.

Parking space is on the left side.

Get into room

Tag the key remote until it is stable green.

Press level 5.

      Feel free to check with us for the latest update.

      We will send out check-in instruction with passcode and WIFI details as soon as the place is ready.


      Check-in time is 3pm. However, our cleaning team usually finish earlier. Normally we are ready around 1pm.


      We are really sorry about any discomfort and inconvenience may have caused. Our cleaning team guarantees the same day fix.


      Our cleaning team always follow our standards. We would like to deliver high quality cleaning to differentiate with other lists. However, sometimes we still miss things. This is not expected. Please let us know and we will rectify our workflow to ensure even better service next time.


      The quilt cover is replaced after every checkout. Therefore the top sheet may not necessarily be required. If you do require it, please feel free to contact our team. So we will deliver to the same day.


      LATE CHECKOUT

      • Normal checkout time is 10am. We can do a late checkout at 11am, but please let us know at least 4 hours before the checkout, because our cleaning team need to arrange staffing ahead (they have a tight schedule between 10am - 3pm for different properties).
      • Please checkout at the agreed time (if not notified then checkout time is 10am). It is OK if you might need a bit extra time, but please let our staff start cleaning since they don't get paid while waiting. Thanks for your understanding.


      CLEANING

      • There is no requirements to clean the house before checkout since our professional team will take care of this. However, we really appreciate if the place is left in a good state.


      BELONGINGS

      • Please make sure you take all belongings with you. Feel free to contact us if you think might miss anything ASAP, we will ask our cleaning team to check.


      • We could post things to you if you cannot come back to pick up. Depending on the size, a postage fee might be applied.


      Sure. As long as you ask us beforehand, we can offer 11am checkout. Sadly, we cannot delay too much. Because most incoming guests want to check-in early than 3pm and our cleaning team need at least 2 hours or more to clean each place. If you need need even later checkout, you probably need to extend your stay by one more day.
