Cleaning Standards
We manage our own cleaning team to ensure our cleaning standards are met as well as to deliver the best value to both owners and guests.
We know our guests and owners have high expectations. That’s why we would be happy to live in our own places without any hygiene or cleanliness concerns. Nevertheless, mistakes sometimes happen, for which we guarantee a same day fix.
Quilt covers are replaced after every checkout. Therefore we think the top sheet may not necessarily be required. However, if you do require a top sheet, please contact our team and we will deliver it to you the earliest when possible.
Sheets and pillowcases are replaced after each checkout.
Towels are replaced after every checkout.
Floors or tiles are sanitised and mopped after every checkout.
We do acknowledge that sometimes things are missed unexpectedly. If there is anything causing discomfort and needs immediate rectification, please contact us directly and we'll address it on the same day.
